Stop the service if it is running
Copy content to Instance Server
Create the service if it doesn't exist

Start Logomate & Automatik (neustart.txt will be preserved)
- on start the ini-config will be modified: FS* changed to F
before starting and changed back when ess_ready appears

Full Artifact deploy (w/o Formats)

Create stop file neustart.txt

Wait the last import is done - no import*.txt exists

Check/Stop Logomate Service
